"Hello. I am an Elementary School Special Education teacher, and have been teaching for 23 years. I have taught in both self-contained special education classrooms and in co-teaching and inclusion classrooms, from pre-school to 8th grade. I am dual-certified in both general education and in Special education, and am highly qualified in both Language Arts and Math. I am also a mother of 4 children, ranging from 22-29 years old. I would want your child to view me as an additional support to their education, and to view me as the person to go to when you have a question that you're too hesitant to ask your own school teacher.
