"I coach writers at the advanced high school, undergraduate, graduate, and professional levels, and I absolutely love my work! Application essays, MA / PhD dissertations, and creative writing are among my specialties.

I have over 15 years experience as a college Composition and English Literature professor, and hold degrees from Tufts University, Boston College, and University of Wisconsin - Madison.

While earning my Ph.D., I designed and taught Composition courses, and taught a wide range of American and English Literature courses. I also worked with individual undergraduate and graduate students in the humanities, sciences, and social sciences fields as an instructor at the U. Wisconsin - Madison Writing Center. After receiving my Ph.D., I taught Composition and Public Speaking as a Professor of English at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island for eight years. Before starting graduate school, I worked as an Editorial Assistant at the publishing firm Little, Brown and Company, and tutored high school students in English Literature and Composition at several Boston area private schools. More recently, I have been developing my career as a professional writer, publishing essays and poems in numerous journals.
