"I received my BA from Ohio University in 2019 with a double major in political science and philosophy. I was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, on Dean's List many semesters, and won multiple student achievement awards in philosophy. I was admitted into Florida State University's philosophy PhD program straight out of undergrad, where I received my masters in philosophy with a 4.0 grade average in 2022. I am now a PhD candidate in the early stages of writing my dissertation. I have presented at multiple philosophy conferences and have papers under review for publication. I have taught introduction to philosophy at Florida State 4 times (since the summer of 2022), receiving higher than department average ratings from my students every time. I am scheduled to teach reasoning and critical thinking this upcoming summer (2025). For whatever it's worth, I currently have a 5 star review on ratemyprofessors.com. My teaching has been in the classroom, as well as helping students outside of class.
