Finding out mysteries about the human body perpetually fascinated me and unraveling them has always been my passion. I have been involved extensively in research during both my M.S. and PhD degree in Tuskegee University, Alabama. I was reacquainted with basic biology lab skills, the know-how of epidemiological research and how significant research can totally like change the outcome of different treatments. My research encompassed evaluation of the effect of Curcumin on Cardiac hypertrophy, evaluation the sociodemographic factors of breast cancer as well as prediction of the outcome of breast and colon cancer treatment in African American population. I believe that I gained versatility of medical knowledge and skills in communication across multiple disciplines through these experiences as well as through my contribution to peer-reviewed articles and poster presentation

Like any medical graduate who is pursuing an M.B.B.S degree in any of the government medical colleges of Bangladesh, I had to do an Internship training of one year after my graduation to obtain my medical license. I did this training in our same hospital and was exposed to a wide variety of patients from all walks of life in all the major fields of Anatomy, physiology,Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Psychiatry and sub-branches.
