"While completing my PhD in American, Atlantic, and Intellectual history, I taught courses from Early American History to the History of Sport.

I have taught hundreds of undergraduates and tutored high school students. I wrote my dissertation on Jacksonian American political history and after graduate school worked for three years writing, editing, and publishing several volumes of historical documents and wrote/hosted an historical podcast.

Since 2019, I have worked for a non-profit where I plan, organize, and host academic events for graduate students and professors as well as managing a budget of over $1 million for graduate student research funding awards.
