"Hi! Daniel is my name. My bachelor's degree in Applied Biological Sciences from University of Delaware University was awarded magna cum laude. Most of my classes as a student were upper-division science subjects like genetics, physiology, and biochemistry. Because of my passion for science, I frequently met with other students to help them understand tough concepts or just study for a quiz or test (I even ran the exam reviews for my anatomy and physiology professor!)

My teaching career started when I was 19 years old. At the time, I had enrolled in a clinical skills course that was far too advanced for me. I was the youngest and least clinically trained individual in the class. I did everything I could to ensure my success because I had already committed to attending the course. I asked a lot of questions and spent a lot of time outside of class learning, researching, and getting extra help just to make sense of things.

Finding new methods to make things make sense is one of my favorite aspects of teaching and tutoring.
