"I have a Bachelors (Hons) degree in Biochemistry, with an emphasis to Biology and Pharmacology. After finishing my Ph.D. training in Neurobiology and Pharmacoloty at the University of Surrey, U.K., I moved to the USA and continued my training as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I have now been promoted to the position of an Assistant Professor of Neuropharmacology. During both my PhD and postdoctoral training (11+ years) I have been teaching Biology, Neuroscience and Pharmacology classes to undergraduate and graduate students, as well as elementary school students. I am currently teaching Biology, Pharmacology and Neuroscience, as well as any related subjects.

I have 13 years of teaching/tutoring experience in the fields of Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology and Neuroscience. In addition, I have 11+ years research experience with more than 50 peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals in the fields of Neurobiology and Pharmacology. This experience gives me the ability to provide the students concrete examples of every-day life concepts related to the topics they need to learn, which greatly helps to further understand any difficult subjects they need to read from textbooks.
