I’m here to help you understand the material and not only succeed in the course, but to appreciate the logic and power of the subject.

My PhD is in organic chemistry and I’ve been teaching for over 25 years. Having spent 4 years teaching medicinal chemistry to pharmacy students, 17 years teaching HS science, and 4 years tutoring full time, I know how to break down material and modify my strategies to match your individual learning style.

I know that tutoring is expensive and I work hard to make our time together as effective and efficient as possible. It helps if you let me know in advance what topics you would like to cover so that I can assemble practice problems and supplemental materials to use in our lessons.
