"I have a BA, Master's, and PhD in History and have consistently taught at the university level since 2006. I have taught various classes during this period including World History, United States History, American National Politics, American Government, and State and Local government. I am also more than comfortable tutoring younger students as well. I have graded AP exams for the last five years and understand their grading requirements. In 2020, I began providing volunteer tutoring to refugees ranging in age from 8-18, providing me with a special appreciation for the challenges faced by younger students and English Language learners. I am more than comfortable working with students looking to improve their English writing skills.

Finally, I have significant experience in writing, which would be of use to students of any age who are interested in improving their writing. My work has been published in the New York Times, NPR, and more than a dozen textbooks released by Salem Press.
