"I am currently in my final year of a PhD in clinical psychology and have extensive experience with youth of all ages in clinical, residential, and community settings. My educational and clinical background provides me with a solid base for understanding and supporting various learning styles, including executive functioning concerns and neurodevelopmental disorders. In school, I studied the etiology of various learning disorders and styles and learned evidence-based interventions.

I also have extensive experience working with youth of all ages and abilities. As a result, I am patient, understanding, and compassionate. I worked with youth 1-on-1 in the community (including classrooms) and in their family homes for 3 years prior to graduate school. I also developed and implemented treatment plans that included descriptions of learning styles and educational needs for youth in residential settings for approximately 4 years. While in graduate school, I have worked in various clinical settings as a student therapist, providing therapy to both children and adults.

My method for tutoring involves developing trust and rapport with students and creating a student-specific plan to maximize student's learning styles and strengths while providing structure and support for areas of growth.
