"I am a seasoned, certified and tech-savvy ELT / ESL professional with 17+ years of teaching and training experience. I am a self-driven, dynamic, compassionate, humorous and creative person. To me, teaching is not just my passion, but a mission too.

I have rich experience of teaching English from lower secondary school level to higher secondary school level [CBSE board / State boards / US curriculums / IB]; from undergraduate level to post-graduate level; from fresher level to professional level. I also coach students for IELTS / TOEFL / PTE, verbal ability, SAT, GRE, soft skills, resume writing, etc.

I am a keen observer as well as a patient listener. I am capable of building trusting relationships with students in order to create a safe, positive, and productive learning environment. I am a dedicated and compassionate person and possess sensitivity to learning differences. I have an understanding of how students learn at a given cognitive level and aware how to cater to individual needs and capabilities. I am deft at engaging students (cognitive, emotional, and behavioural) productively and always endeavour to motivate students to learn.

I am proficient in using latest educational technology to facilitate the language learning process of students. My approaches to teaching are learner-oriented and my focus is especially on the slow learners. I implement unconventional pedagogical methods to achieve fruitful results. My lesson plans and lesson notes are of highest quality in content and presentation. I am keen to work online to contribute my best locally as well as globally.
