I have been an online tutor for last 5 years and have more than 10000 satisfied students. My goal in teaching is to provide the nurturing environment that allows children to learn and grow intellectually. In my current position, I work with students that come from a variety of backgrounds and different socio-economic levels. I have experience providing instruction to special education children as well as in a regular classroom. I think this diversity of training would make me a good candidate for the tutoring position. The best part of my day is always working with children on a one-to-one basis. Seeing the joy in their eyes when they finally grasp a concept is an ultimate reward that brought me to teaching in the first place. I believe that working, as a tutor would keep that delight going. I am a flexible teacher because I understand that all students learn in different ways and at different paces. When teaching, I make sure that every student has a grasp of the subject before moving on. I also work with parents to show them whether their children are positive when discussing the subjects and what they are learning each day in the classroom, and I adapt my lesson plans based on this feedback.
