"I love to help people learn. I believe that learning should be more than memorizing dates and definitions and that to truly understand the world around you, understanding concepts from the broad to the specific is key. It's not only important to know what you're learning but also why you are learning it. Only after you have a solid grasp on what's going on will you be able to turn that into the ever-so-important and ever-looming term paper.
Unfortunately, in a classroom setting, not everyone receives instruction that benefits their learning style. With a tutor, teaching styles can be adapted with the individual in mind.
