Today’s industry looks for artists who already have a viral tik-tok hit, fanbase, and skillset, which leaves artist development up to the artist themselves. As an artist who constantly sought out mentors, navigated my way through a tumultuous music industry, and instantly passed on information to fellow artists and younger musicians, I have a natural passion for coaching and mentoring creatives.

I'm Elena; an award-winning Pop Songwriter, Recording Artist, Founder of Songwriter Stage, and Voting Member of the Recording Academy (Grammys). I've landed on multiple New Music Friday Playlists and Billboard Dance Club Charts songwriting for various artists, reached #2 on Canada Radio in 2021 with my single "Build a Ship", and received radio play worldwide. Besides my own artistry, my passion for coaching others to find their authentic voice has me working between New York, London, and worldwide with virtual clients.

I specialize in two areas: coaching young teens/children in early songwriting, singing, and overall musicality skills, or coaching teens/adults who have initial songwriting skills (wrote lyrics before, played an instrument, wrote melodies) in developing their songwriting, finding their unique voice (figuratively and in singing lessons), creating an artist image and branding, and releasing their music to the world (Spotify, AppleMusic, Youtube).
