"Aliza has been practicing yoga in various forms for over 15 years. She has a certification in Vinyasa Flow power yoga from Core Power Yoga and a certificate in Yin Yoga. She has experience teaching power vinyasa flow yoga to all levels and all ages at fitness centers, yoga studios, retreats, corporate settings and to private clients.

Aliza believes in making yoga approachable, achievable, effective and fun for everyone. Whether your goal is to improve fitness, increase mobility, breath control or to find a spiritual and healing practice, Aliza customizes each session to suit the needs of her clients.
