"I took a certificate by attending 420-hour Japanese language teacher training course in Japan 20 years ago. As I understand Spanish and Portuguese as well, I have taught Japanese not only English speakers but also those speakers in Japan. My experience includes : teaching useful phrases, etiquette and culture, reading "anime" together (for young students), reviewing job resumes, coaching for job interviews, interpreting at banks, city offices and medical clinics (for adults), translation of correspondence for trading companies.
As I was an "after five" tutor for students in Japan, for 16 years, I was used to visit different students' house. Since I immigrated to the USA, I have taught Japanese to those who had different types of needs from high school students to adults for 5 - 6 years. I offer skype tutoring as well.
