"Education is a lifelong process, not just something a student does for 12 to 18 years. As a teacher and tutor, it is important that I teach students how to learn and to view learning as something worth doing for a lifetime. Furthermore, I believe in an individualized approach to education because each student learns in different ways. Therefore, I am open to using a variety of methods and approaches and actively looking for ways to incorporate personal experiences in the educational process."
