"I am a Taiwanese and I received my master's degree from Michigan State University. I have been teaching Mandarin for seven years. I am teaching at a private high school as a Mandarin teacher. I also had one on one tutor experience.

My previous and current students' ages were from middle school to high school. I used different teaching materials to enhance students' interests. For example, videos, songs, games, and online learning resources. Also, I focus on the practice after learning. Students have many opportunities to practice speaking, reading, listening, and writing in classes. I would review the lessons we taught at the beginning and end of the class to make sure they learned well. In addition to language, I would introduce Chinese culture such as traditional holidays, festivals, foods, and calligraphy.
