"It’s nice to meet you! I’m a current medical student who loves learning and has a strong track record of helping students achieve their academic goals. Whether you’re preparing for an important test, navigating the college or medical school application processes, or looking to improve your study strategies, I’m here to make the journey as enjoyable and productive as possible.
I graduated magna cum laude from Scripps College with a B.A. in Biology in 2021, earned my M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University in 2022, and am currently a medical student. This academic path, combined with my years of tutoring, has given me a strong foundation in the sciences and firsthand insight into the highly competitive college and medical school admissions processes. I know how stressful studying can be, and I want to help students develop skills that will empower them to take the next steps in their educational careers.
I began tutoring in 2019 as an Organic Chemistry Peer Tutor, where I worked one-on-one with students to help them build foundational science skills and led monthly review sessions accommodating up to 20 students. Since then, I’ve tutored math and science students from elementary school through college, specializing in Algebra, Statistics, Calculus, Biology, and Chemistry. I focus on meeting students where they are and equipping them with the time-management skills and study strategies that foster success at every educational stage. Most recently, I helped other current medical students study for the MCAT and prepare applications that showcased their unique strengths and abilities.
I believe a strong education can open doors to endless opportunities, and I want to help make higher education more accessible to all. Please reach out if you’d like to elevate your learning experience and achieve new academic goals—I’m excited to meet you and support you on your journey! Regardless of your decision, I’m wishing you all the best." less...
