"Hello, my name is Debbie V. I graduated from Oral Roberts University with a B.A in Special Education-Learning Disabilities with an area of concentration -Elementary Education. Plus I have completed graduate level courses at Liberty University toward a M.ED in Administration and Supervision. I have taught in basic education and special education programs (such as Language Learning Disabled). For most of my teaching career I have tutored students one on one. I love working with students in a one on one situation because I can base what I am doing on their learning needs and styles.
I often have my younger students tracing and saying their sequencing counting or sight words to help them learn these skills. We often work together on learning new skills then transition to them completing the skill independently. I love to see the students I work with celebrate their new accomplishments.
