"I have 20 years experience in training and mentoring students in all grade levels focusing on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) initiatives. I have consulted with many companies and state/national organizations in regards to programs and initiatives in this area. Several ministries of Education overseas have hired me to initiative, develop and assess their programs and motivate their students in classroom and career endeavors.

This experience includes re-enforcement of the basic content to coaching students for National and International competitions to career guidance. I can support background research of science projects and innovation projects, including robotics. I can assist in lab environments and am proficient in supporting students work through classroom assigned projects and papers.

I believe that it is very important that each student understand the basic foundation skills required to fully comprehend a topic and apply what he or she has learned in real life environments. My mission is targets each student as an individual who has certain strength and needs improvement areas and I work with those to give them the best opportunity to succeed. My approach is based on the "Teach, Show, Do" methodology. I will give instruction, I will use activities and demonstrations to support the content. Then, on a project-based supplement, I will have the student attempt a "hands-on" project with specific goals and outcomes. Through this work, the student develops both content knowledge and communication skills, critical to their future educational and career growth.
