I'm Nick. I recently graduated summa cum laude and with Honors from the University of Jamestown, where I worked at the University Writing Center, majored in both English and Religion-Philosophy, and minored in both Creative Writing and Character in Leadership. Based on my submissions of poetry and short stories to the university's literary journal, I was awarded the Thomas McGrath Poetry Prize and Larry Woiwode Fiction Prize. I also received a $2,000 Nolle Scholarship based on an academic essay that I wrote for an English class and went on to submit as part of a nationwide contest officiated by the Alpha Chi Honor Society.

Currently, I am employed as an editor/proofreader, completing projects for several companies (Compose.ly, the Urban Writers, and Proofit -- a subsidiary of Grammarly), where I have gained additional experience revising a wide range of documents, including academic papers, emails, legal documents, fiction, poetry, and screenplays.
