"My motto is "Remain Teachable." I believe life is a learning experience. Professionally, I worked as a substitute teacher, taught adoption and foster parenting classes, and life skills to young parents. Personally, I have taught Sunday School and Bible Study. I am a proponent of experiential learning. I have fifteen years experience as a social service professional and five years experience as a therapist.

Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Educational Psychology, which has prepared me to teach online, and I conduct presentations to teachers and paraprofessionals on pursuing higher education."
