"As a Quality Assurance Analyst, I provide detailed testing to business units and Managers using Microsoft Office and SQL. Anytime through my daily activities as a Quality Assurance Analyst, I am creating Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft PowerPoints, SQL queries, and Microsoft Word Documents. SQL databases are one of the main tools used in Information Technology. The use of this tool allows users to search and pull information from databases. While I was in Penn State I had to learn about SQL for my Undergrad in Business Management.

More about me I am From Staten Island New York (Let's go Giants!). I enjoy sharing my knowledge and teaching others about the computer. I have no professional experience with tutoring but have been teaching family and friends ways to use a computer by building power points or helping them use applications like Microsoft office for spread sheets, and documentation.

I have been using Microsoft Excel since 2009. Excel is a great tool for building spreadsheets whether it is for budgeting or tables. Excel provides its user's formulas to do simple mathematic equations or more complex pivot tables. The use of Microsoft Excel is part of my daily activities currently within my profession.
