Some of my qualifications include that I taught QuickBooks at College of Marin, trained Intuit advanced technical support representatives over many years, and was awarded about 30 advanced, specialized and other certifications in QuickBooks from Intuit.

I also earned a bachelor's degree from Sonoma State University where I graduated with distinction. There I completed courses in such subjects as critical thinking, research and learning.
