"Hi! My name is Rachel Z. I have been teaching violin for over 15 years—half my life! It is my passion to see my students excel in learning their instruments.

I am currently pursuing my doctorate in violin performance at Stony Brook University. I have been fortunate enough to see many of my students get into major music conservatories across the country for both undergrad and masters.

I have taught at every level from 3 years old Suzuki, through pre-college, undergrad and to retired amateurs in thier 70s! My specialty is audition prep: getting students ready for pre screening videos for conservatory entrance exams."
