"I am Rafael. I graduated as an MD in Colombia. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I then did a Ph.D. in Health Services Research. I have been teaching medical students for 3 years and find that motivation and reassurance are great teaching tools. Teachers and students need to work together to achieve better results. I incorporate my teaching and professional experience in my encounters with students.
