"Welcome! I was a classroom teacher for 3 years before I transitioned into a reading interventionist role 4 years ago. I work with about 35 students each year in small-groups with ranging abilities in Kindergarten through fifth grade. I have my Masters in Elementary Education and have almost finished my Reading Certificate to become a reading specialist. I have been trained with IMSE in Orton Gillingham, attended UFLI training, and continue to learn each year from seminars, podcast, and books to stay up to date in best practices. Over the past 2 years, I have presented reading skills to the staff at my school with my fellow reading teachers.

I offer personalized online tutoring tailored to your child’s specific needs, in 30-45 minute sessions. Through evidence-based strategies, interactive sessions, and a deep understanding of diverse learning needs, I partner with parents to help their child succeed. In our first session, I want to get-to-know your child, explore parental goals, and give initial assessment screeners. This information helps me build a personalized plan for your child.

I do not tutor children under 5 years old.
