No matter what I am teaching -- test taking strategies, vocabulary attainment, reading techniques, grammar acquisition, or writing methodologies -- my focus is always to assist my student in gaining the skills that he/she needs to think more for him/herself!

I completed my MAT in English from Tufts University and gained teaching experience in both the private and public sectors, instructing SAT English, teaching at the high school level, and tutoring middle school and high school students.

Whether I use the writing process to teach the mind to create, organize, analyze, or evaluate, or I instruct vocabulary to connect a student to current events, my student is always engaged in thinking." less...
