"Claire Elizabeth is an artist who professionally works in the wedding/event painting industry, and is certified in Adobe Photoshop. She studies with Barcelona Academy of Art in Spain, and splits her time in-between Palm Beach and Catalonia. Claire has previously tutored middle through high school aged students, and has helped in AP art and art history prep as well as portfolio prep for art colleges. Claire herself was accepted into SCAD, RISD, SAIC, and Florence Academy of Art, but settled on Barcelona for independent study.

Claire is helpful in aiding students with a realist approach to art. For the past few months, she has been passing on the education she has received at BAA to aid traditional realism in the human figure and landscapes. While she will not teach any child under the age of 18 nude drawings, she is more than helpful in getting your child a good foundation in clothed model drawing. Starting with foundational skills in graphite, Claire will work her way all the way to skill in oil paints with her pupils.

Understanding how difficult it is to craft a good portfolio and ace those exams, Claire also has been a help to high school students desiring to get into art programs. Within a few lessons, Claire is able to help students craft a portfolio that will show excellence of work and dedication to Admissions departments. Including everything from reviewing theme, artist statements, instruction on quality of work, and college essays centered around arts majors, this is Claire's strongest area for aid.
