"Hi! I'm a recent Dartmouth grad preparing for law school and willing to help with whatever High School or middle school subjects you need. I have a B.A. in Philosophy with minors in Government and Earth Sciences, and have a broad background of subjects I can help with, including ACT Test prep and a variety of AP's (I took 12 APs in high school and I got a 5 on 10 of them). I have some volunteer experience teaching 2nd-5th grade kids at the Boys and Girls Club, but am happy to start tutoring high schoolers as I study for the LSAT myself.
As for what subjects I can help with, I have a great base in Spanish, taking AP Spanish language and AP Spanish literature in high school and doing an exchange program in Nicaragua where I taught 2nd graders (who were native speakers) Spanish grammar. Though I am not fluent in speaking, I have incredibly good technical knowledge and can help practice that with you for APs or beyond. I also have great analytical skills from studying philosophy that I can help you with for argumentative writing or Test prep, where you have to figure out exactly what questions are being asked and that you want to answer. Please reach out for anything else. As a recent Ivy League grad, I have been a dedicated career student (almost too much so!) and can help with just about anything that a high schooler or below might need. When I’m not obsessing about school, my future legal career, or going back to school with my LSAT studying, I like to rock climb and do improv. Looking forward to meeting you!" less...
