"Hey! I'm a lifelong learner with a wide variety of interests. My main area of knowledge is mathematics, in which I have a bachelor's degree from Cedarville University. While there, I took 69 credits of major courses and earned a 3.82 GPA within those classes. I've always enjoyed helping friends and classmates understand the concepts they were studying. It's so fun when you can see on their face that lightbulb moment happening in their head!

In addition to math, I also have a strong background in music. I've taken 14 years of piano lessons and have played clarinet in large ensembles for 12 years. While at school, I earned the music minor and took extra music theory and aural skills classes just for fun!

As a mathematics graduate, I've taken quite a few math classes in my day. I have always excelled at math, and I also possess the communication skills needed to explain concepts clearly to students and to reword it when something doesn't make sense to the student. This combination makes me a superb tutor choice!

I've been immersed in music since I was 7 and it has become my main hobby. I adore making music and can't picture my life without it. In college, I took Music Theory I, II, and III and earned A's in all three courses. Music theory is definitely related to math in some ways; maybe that's why I enjoy it so much!
