"I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with an undergraduate degree in Nutrition from Texas A&M and a Master's degree from Texas Woman's University. I have been licensed since 2004 and love the nutrition field.

Teaching is inherent to my field as we are continually teaching individuals about nutrition. I have also mentored several interns where teaching the ins and outs of nutrition is key to their success.

I studied nutrition formally for 6 years between undergraduate and graduate school and have worked in the field for 12 years.
