In the year before moving to Pennsylvania I spent a year tutoring students at a local church ministry in Florida, before which I spent time teaching middle and high schoolers about the Bible in Massachusetts. I've spent a lot of time teaching a variety of people a variety of subjects, and love doing it every time. Ultimately seeking a tutor is a significant step, and as someone who has struggled as a student and has been tutored several times in the past you can believe me when I say that I understand the difficulties of studies, and the importance of doing your best.
Lacking official qualifications, I've done well in chemistry classes on the odd occasion I've had to take them, and have casually studied Chemistry on the Khan Academy since college.
I achieved a Bachelors of Science in English Literature in college, following which I spent four years working on my Masters of Arts of Religion, a great deal of which was spent studying languages and writing lengthy papers, including a 44 page thesis on the nature of preaching and writing sermons. Over the years I've become adept at organizing thoughts in a coherent, logical way that draws in the mind of the reader in an engaging way.
I am looking forward to meeting and working with you and helping you through a subject or two you might be struggling in, and maybe, just maybe, showing you how valuable these subjects are." less...
