"Hello! My name is Karthik P., and I graduated with honors from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor majoring in Biochemistry and Anthropology and minoring in Biophysics. I graduated from USF Morsani College of Medicine, and I am currently in my first year of Diagnostic Radiology residency. Engaged and proper teaching is what stood out to me the most about any class I have attended. I craft my tutoring around this ideology, taking the techniques and strategies from my classes to our interactive learning sessions. With my educational background and prior teaching abilities, I love helping students understand science, math, and college prep material better and reproduce it confidently in an academic environment.

I have extensive proofreading experience in high school, college, and medical school. I currently revise a number of research articles and essays that I produce in college. I also help friends and family with their essays whenever they run into obstacles with the writing process. Having written hundreds of essays, from expansive science publications to small college essays, I understand what it takes to take a piece of writing to the next level.

I received a 515 (92nd percentile) on my MCAT (129/127/128/131). With a very good understanding of a number of science concepts and test-taking strategies, I can help students do well on this exam.

I performed well on the USMLE Step exams, with a step 2 score in the 75th percentile, and completed my step 3 exam.
