"I offer sixteen years of high school teaching experience---Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Trigonometry, and PreCalculus---with results! My students learn how to be successful with math, learn to understand the concepts, and learn to like math.

Because of my unique background in Applied Mathematics and Economics, I put a particular emphasis on relevant applications of mathematical concepts. I tutored even before I became a teacher; word just circulated that if someone's child needed extra help in math that I could help make a difference.

Additionally, I have tutored and will tutor students in elementary and middle school: after all, students need a strong foundation! I can offer just that as I know the progression of the mathematics and can prepare students for ensuing levels of mathematics. I have worked with students as young as 8 years old struggling with the standard algorithm for addition and subtraction and as old as college students who needed extra help with Calculus or Probability & Statistics.
