"Hi, my name is Megan! I'm a designer and illustrator based in NYC. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Michigan after attending one of the nation's highest ranked arts high schools. I've worked in a variety of architecture-adjacent design roles and currently work as an experiential designer on projects for major corporations both in the US and abroad. My tutoring experience started in college with my classmates, and I've now worked with students from over 35 different universities across the country- including students at Harvard, Cornell, Parsons, NYU, and Cal Poly.

I offer tutoring & college counseling sessions to clients of high school age and older for visual arts, design, and architecture at all levels! I genuinely love aiding people to feel confident and fluent in the programs and design methods they need to master for their creative pursuits.The programs that I teach include: Rhino, SketchUp, V-Ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop. I've worked with complete beginners and more advanced users in all of these programs, and tailor my sessions with clients to meet their individual needs.

I'm all about providing helpful shortcuts, and guiding my clients to feel comfortable using these complicated programs quickly! I'm well aware of design school expectations in addition to the rigor and time involved in creating design projects. I especially enjoy working with business owners and adults who are transitioning into design from other industries. If you aren't computer savvy and feel overwhelmed by the details involved in handling file management while using these programs, I am the tutor for you.
