For 3 years, I taught Salesforce Administrator certification courses, providing training through a workforce center to adults looking to pivot in their career. I’ve had the privilege of helping students from all walks of life, all starting points, reach their certification goals and embark on new careers. In addition to structured training, I hosted Salesforce Saturdays, where students could bring blockers or tough challenges, and together we’d work through them.
