"I have helped hundreds students boost their SAT & ACT scores! Many of my students now attend schools including Yale, Cornell, and the U.S. Naval Academy. These results come from hundreds of hours of experience breaking down SAT and ACT problems into simple, easy-to-understand steps. During my lessons, I use prompting questions to help students understand the steps they must take to solve problems on their own. I am able to quickly diagnose weaknesses in the areas of time management, reading, math, vocabulary, etc., and turn them into strengths though my guided practice exercises.

I worked as a professional SAT/ACT and Elementary Tutor for Huntington Learning Center before joining Wyzant's platform. I have also guided students though the college admissions process. When I do have free time, I would almost always rather be tutoring!
