I'm Sarah, a recent graduate from the University of North Florida with a Master’s in Kinesiology and Lifestyle Medicine, currently pursuing my PhD in Teaching and Learning with a concentration in Kinesiology. I also work as a Certified Exercise Physiologist, helping clients enhance their health and fitness. My academic journey has fueled my passion for teaching, first explored as a college-level Physical Fitness Assessment instructor at UNF. With a Master’s GPA of 3.9, multiple Dean’s List recognitions, and Magna Cum Laude honors at the bachelor’s level, I bring a strong educational foundation and practical experience to my tutoring.
