"Hi, I'm Caleb! I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Washburn University. Before that, I graduated from Summa Cum Laude from Cowley Community College with my Associates degree. Additionally, I recently obtained my MBA in Finance with a 4.0 GPA. During college, I found that my learning was equal to the amount of time the professor invested in me. If they spent individual time with me as needed, my learning (and therefore my grades) improved. I apply this experience to my tutoring, because many students thrive when someone can assist them through homework and instill confidence in them.

I have two years of experience tutoring adult students in College Algebra and English Composition. I was hired by Cowley Community College to work with individual students on a walk-in basis. I generally tutored 12 hours a week, and I also tutored a group of 4 students each week. In addition to this, I also have a year of tutoring 3 high school students in Algebra 1 and 2. I tutored these students by appointment weekly.

When I am tutoring a student, my goal is to ensure that they understand the fundamental concepts. I do not believe in teaching to a test, but rather teaching the student to be able to solve any problem with which she is presented.
