"Currently working for a health care provider within the Pittsburgh PA area as a Senior Citrix Engineer. Responsible for various systems design and structured authoring. My primary focus for the last 15 years has been very similar between several Managed Service providers; unconditionally helping others grow and discovering my passion through teaching at various paces and technical difficulties.

I'm a night owl. My greatest disciplines and passions achieved from the hours of 11PM to 7AM EST. I'm accustomed to double or triple hour shifts. I've realized the knowledge gap from school, internships, jobs, careers and certifications is having a good mentor.

My teaching style would lean more towards directive. My process for teaching consists of listing out groups of tasks, breaking down the tasks into individual steps that allow the trainee to complete individually. After a group of tasks is successfully completed or attempted, we review work performed. This allows deep dives and clarity on specific problems, questions and interests. My tutoring experiences are focused within Information Technology and Engineering Systems. Concepts from my style can be reused in unrelated areas of study.

My primary focus is Structured Authoring within Citrix App and Citrix Desktop. I frequently design, troubleshoot and maintain NetScaler environments. The industries I’m most focused on are educational, engineering and healthcare. My writing strengths are more technically focused than grammatical. I enjoy reading between the lines within procedural or instructional materials. I consider myself an expert in topology assessment and application onboarding\decommissioning.
