So I have experienced a wide variety of technology and seen how different parts of my industry takes care of business.

One of my favorite parts of my job is mentoring new developers. When someone is starting out they often have to master a new language, new technologies, a new system to develop software, and a whole lot more. The first year is often the hardest hurdle for most people. After 15 years, I have accrued lot of experience working to develop the skills of aspiring professional software developers.
