"Hi! I’m Vibha, a Senior at UC Berkeley, double majoring in Computer Science and Data Science with a Domain Emphasis in Human Behavior & Psychology. I’ve also earned the Berkeley Certificate in Design Innovation. My passion for teaching began in high school, and I’ve been tutoring ever since—helping students of all ages (from 4 to 20 years old) across various subjects, including computer science, math, biology, music, and Marathi.

I graduated high school with a weighted GPA of 4.73 and an unweighted GPA of 3.98 and also received the National Merit Scholarship for my PSAT with the score 1510/1520. My top AP Exam Scores are Calculus BC (5), Biology (5), Psychology (5), Language and Lit (5), Physics C: Mechanics (4), Physics C: E&M (4). Relating to Computer Science, I have interned and will be returning full-time to Atlassian as a Software Engineer and have taken a majority of the core important tech classes at UC Berkeley; for example, Data Structures, Algorithms, Probability and Random Processes, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, User Interface and Experience, Machine Architecture, Data Engineering, and Databases. I have worked in almost all largely-used programming languages but have the most experience in Python, Java, C, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

I've been a tutor at UC Berkeley for the past year through the Computer Science Mentors program, where I’ve guided college students in a classroom setting through Data Structures, Algorithms, and Discrete Probability (CS61B and CS70). Earlier in college, I taught private piano lessons to six-year-olds through a music agency. Before that, I worked as an elementary teacher at a Marathi School, introducing children aged 4-8 to the fundamentals of the Marathi language.
