As I sit in my big lecture halls one thing I thoroughly miss in high school is the various and immense abilities to connect one on one with your teachers that allow you to successfully learn material well. As a tutor, I want to be able to help students, especially high school ones, to make those extra connections that can really help you learn key concepts in your classes.
In high school I was a tutor for underclassmen in a variety of subjects but most specifically math subjects, such as pre-algebra, algebra 1 and 2, and geometry. I have lots of experience with helping students understanding topics and making sure they get the necessary practice to refine their skills.
I also am happy to help with college counseling! I have gone through the college admissions process myself and have gotten into three Ivy League schools, MIT, and various other top 20s. I now make content on TikTok surrounding college admissions. College admissions can be a confusing journey, and I want to help make that journey a little easier!
