"Greetings!
My name is Lawrence, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Biotechnology. Throughout my academic journey, I consistently maintained a high GPA and earned numerous achievements, including scoring 5 out of 5 on the AP Calculus exam and 4 out of 5 on the AP Chemistry exam, as well as earning a 2nd-degree Taekwondo Black Belt. Additionally, I bring over ten years of professional experience in quality control and quality assurance within the biopharmaceutical industry, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. In my professional roles, I have developed methods for analytical tests related to final product analysis qualification and validation. I have also trained approximately 125 staff members in specific skills, equipment and software usage, data review, and theoretical concepts of analytical testing. My academic and professional achievements reflect my dedication and deep understanding of the subjects I am confident in teaching, including mathematics, biology, and chemistry.
I have five years of tutoring experience in subjects such as sixth-grade Mathematics, Prealgebra, and Algebra, providing one-on-one guidance to middle and high school students to help them understand and solve complex problems. I have also assisted students with challenging homework assignments in mathematics, chemistry, and biology. For the past two years, I have been an instructor of the Korean martial art Tae Kwon Do, teaching group sessions that range from young kids to adult students in forms and self-defense techniques. This experience has enhanced my ability to manage each student’s needs while fostering a collaborative environment where students can learn more efficiently. I am confident that I can provide a similar experience in group sessions for Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry.
I am committed to benefiting the students I work with as much as possible, so I welcome any resources or suggestions from students or parents. I am easy to reach and always provide quick" less...
