I am very personable and like to incorporate real life experiences when teaching as I find that students can better understand and retain information. I have taught Sociology, Gerontology, Psychology, Diversity, Introduction to Social Work and Ethnic minorities and intergroup relations. I have worked in mental health, geriatrics, substance abuse, social work, case management and have over 9 years of relevant work experience.
