"I believe that every student can excel in any subject. One of the major hurdles of doing so is learning how a student takes in the information and applies it. Most students in my experience are forced to learn one way and their test scores reflect that. I take the time to evaluate every student I work with and cater to their style of learning, whether it be kinistetic, visual, or a combination of styles.

I have a California Teaching Credential in Secondary Education. I have taught 6-8 grade History and Social Studies. I specialize in Social Science, which include, Geography, Political Science, History, and Economics. I also tutor students in Earth Science and Geology. I can accommodate any testing such a SAT's, ASVAB, and other college entry exams that relate to my subjects.

My major goals for my sessions is to keep the student engaged, challenged, and be able to give them the confidence to shine. Each student learns at their own pace. I never overwhelm my students, as that creates frustration and curbs the learning process.

I am available past 4pm on weekdays and 9am to 7pm on the weekends. I require that if you have a cancellation, you contact me at least two hours before the session. I can travel to any location for tutoring sessions. Please contact me if you have any questions.
