"Two evenings a week I worked as a faculty member with Georgia Military College where I taught Political Science. The course I taught was "Introduction to American Government." The course was taught from lectures, film, and power point presentations (self designed). During this time period G.M.C. was ranked ninth in the nation among two year colleges by the Washington Review.

My professional experience includes more than twenty-three years in the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons. I am a retired teacher that has taught high school subjects to inmates pursing their GED at the Federal Correctional Institution in Tallahassee, Florida. In the past eight years I have received several awards for achieving the highest percentage of GED graduates out of 116 institutions. My primary duties as a GED teacher include teaching students (grades 9th through 12th)the five GED subjects; English, Math, Social Studies, Language Arts & Reading, and Essay Writing.
