"My teaching experience began in high school and college, where I tutored my peers and other students. My first professional role was as a Teaching Assistant at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) in Chicago. Sharing knowledge has always been a passion of mine, and teaching is a profession I deeply enjoy.

I hold an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from IIT, with a focus on Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and Communications. While working on my master’s thesis, I served as a Teaching Assistant, overseeing undergraduate labs, grading assignments, and holding office hours to assist students with their studies. I also have a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Niš in Serbia, with a major in Controls and Systems. During my undergraduate years, I offered private lessons in math and physics, and later, I occasionally taught software development.

Professionally, I have nearly 12 years of experience in the telecommunications engineering industry as a Software Development Engineer for embedded systems, along with 3 additional years in software development for point-of-sale systems. Throughout my career, I’ve gained strong expertise in C/C++, Java, MATLAB, Python, and various scripting languages like Perl and bash. I have extensive experience in software design and development, and my ultimate goal is to teach students how to create standalone executable programs, not just learn a programming language.

In addition to programming, I have a strong foundation in key electrical engineering subjects such as mathematics, physics, DSP, and communications. I’m well-equipped to guide you through homework assignments or projects in any of these areas, with or without the use of programming languages.
